Instructions:

  1. Go to "Class List" (in Management). Use the filters to view by class name and by date range (min date to max date). TIP: You may use multiple filters to make the job even easier.
  2. Mouse over the target listing and open "More Actions" (options menu with three vertical dots). Click on "Roll Call". This will open a popup window. 
  3. Do you wish to send the list to someone other than the account’s main contact? Tick the "Custom Email Address" and then enter the recipient email address(es) in the space provided.
  4. Do you wish to customise the fields in your roll call? Tick "More Options" and select from: Contact Number, Email, Emergency Contact, Medical Condition, Merchandise List, Order ID, Payment Status, Special Requests, and Ticket. 
  5. Click on "Send Roll Call".
