Three days after the class ends, the platform sends attendees a reminder email to submit a review. They receive a second and final reminder four days later (or one week after the class ends).

Attendees can give your class a rating of up to five stars and opt to submit a public review (can be viewed on your WeTeachMe profile), private feedback (for your eyes only), or both. In turn, you may submit a reply via Reviews (in Management).

Note that vendors will receive an email notification only for private feedback but not for public reviews.

Review reminders cannot be triggered manually, but if you'd like to send them a quick note to remind, you can do so by sending a group email.
