1. Go to "Vouchers" (in Management).  Use the filters to view users by class, code, recipient name, or date range.  TIP: Use multiple filters to make the job even easier.
  2. Navigate to the gift voucher order that you wish to resend and click on the recipient info ID. This will take you to the order page.
  3. On the order page, navigate to the item in "Cart Summary" and click on "Resend Confirmation Email" (envelope icon). This will resend the Gift Voucher to the customer.
  4. In the "Payment Activity", click on "Send Confirmation Email". This will send the payment confirmation email. 
  5. In the popup window, click on "Send Email" (green button) to confirm your request.
