If you are undertaking your own marketing activities, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CLASS LINK FROM THE PUBLIC WETEACHME WEBSITE (https://weteachme.com/yourcompanyname). 

Instead, please share your own private link, which you can obtain from your mini booking site (https://yourcompanyname.weteachme.com).

Instructions:

  1. Go to "Listings" (in Listing Management). Use the filters to view listings by class name, tag name, listing type, or range of dates. TIP: Use multiple filters to make the job even easier.
  2. In Listings, navigate to the class that you wish to edit. Click on "More Actions" (options menu with three vertical dots) and select "Share Listing".
  3. In the popup window, scroll to the bottom and you'll find the private link to use for your promotions.
  4. In the popup window, fill in the required details: Campaign Source, Campaign Medium, and Campaign Name.
  5. Tick "More Options" if you wish to include a Campaign Term and Campaign Content, and fill in the details.
  6. When done, you will see a custom link at the end of the popup window. Click on "Copy Link" to use it to promote your class.
