1. Go to "Orders".
  2. You can search by Billing Name, Billing Email or by Order ID.
  3. Once the result has been displayed, you can click on the Order ID number or the paper icon at the far right side to View the Order.
  4. In the Order detail page, scroll down and you will see the "Internal Notes" section.
  5. Enter your notes or reminders regarding to that particular order.
  6. Click "Add Note".
