  • Always make sure you’re logging in at https://dashboard.weteachme.com/login. Bookmark this link if you haven't done so yet.
  • Make sure you're using your updated password. 
  • Forgot your password? This article might help.
  • Double check the caps lock on your keyboard.
  • Make sure that there are no unnecessary spaces before or after your password.

If you’re a sub user and you've forgotten your password, please contact your main account holder and they can change your password or edit your permissions.
