• Membership credits are optional. 
  • Membership credits can be used to incentivise your customers purchase more classes at a discounted rate.


  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Add-Ons and go to Membership.
  3. If membership is not yet available on your account, please send us a message at
  4. Enable the Membership option, then configure the settings.
  5. Enter the Membership name, price and you can see the Membership Credits. Note: Members can use this credits as discounts when they book any of your classes. 1 credit = $1.
  6. Complete the other details for the Membership and then click "Save".

       Once enabled, the customer that becomes a member has an option to apply the credit to his/her purchase as long as it is also a class that you manage. 

       Once applied, you will be able to see the credit applied in the purchase notification email sent to you.
