1. Log in into your WeTeachMe account
  2. On your Dashboard, go to "Orders". 
  3. Search for the attendee by email or name. You can also filter by status, just select "Pending". 
  4. Once you find the name of the attendee, click the Order ID number.
  5. In the order detail page, hover your mouse over to the right side of the payment activity section. Then click on the "mail icon" to send the reminder email to the attendee.
