- Was your voucher issued by WeTeachMe? WeTeachMe vouchers are usually sent by email, with the voucher attached as a PDF. You'll find our logo at the top of this PDF, as shown below.
- Is your voucher still valid? The expiry date is found on the upper right-hand side of the PDF. If the voucher is expired, email us at email@example.com or simply click on the chat icon on this page.
If your WeTeachMe voucher is still valid, follow these steps:
- Make a note of the voucher code found on the upper right-hand side of the PDF. You will need this later.
- To redeem, click on the link right underneath the gift box image.
- On the booking page, select the class date and number of tickets that you wish to avail. (Course vouchers are usually the equivalent of one regular ticket.)
- Click on Book Now.
- Fill in your information in the attendee form, and then click on Continue.
- If merchandise is available for sale with the ticket, you may select it here. Note that this is extra and so, you will be billed upon checkout for the additional cost.
- Go over your cart details to make sure everything is accurate.
- Click on Apply Coupon and paste your voucher code in the space provided. IMPORTANT: When you paste, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
- Click on Apply Coupon (blue button). You will now see the discount amount displayed below and reflected in your total amount due.
- Click on Pay Securely (blue button) to proceed with payment. IMPORTANT: Discount codes cannot be applied AFTER you've already placed your order. If you need assistance, contact our Support Team.
- If you added merchandise in your cart, select the payment mode (either credit card or PayPal) and then fill in the required details.
Done! All you need to do now is to check your inbox for your invoice and confirmation email. Even better, share the joy on social media.
