Need to cancel a credit note? Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process.
Instructions:

Log in to your WeTeachMe account and navigate to the "Orders" section.

Use the available filters to locate the exact Order ID associated with the credit note you wish to cancel.

Within the order view, scroll to the Payment Activity section. Find the credit note you want to cancel and click the "X" beside it to begin the cancellation.

If you wish to inform the customer about the canceled credit note, select the option to notify them via email.

Finally, click the "Cancel Credit Note" button to finalize the process. A confirmation message window will appear, if the cancellation is successful.
