If a customer needs their booking or payment confirmation email resent, you can easily do it from your WeTeachMe dashboard.
Here's how:

Go to the "Orders" section under "Finance".

Use the available filters to locate the desired order.

To view the order, click on the Order ID or the icon at the end of that row.

In the "Cart Summary" section, click "More Actions" (three-dotted icon) on the right and select "Resend Booking Email". This will resend the booking confirmation.

For the payment confirmation, in the "Payment Activity" section, find the original transaction and click "Send Confirmation Email" (envelope icon) next to it.

A pop-up window will appear. Carefully review the details for accuracy, as this action can't be undone.

Finally, click "Send Email". You can keep track of this action in the "Activity" section of the order.
