1. Verify Refund Upgrade Coverage: Look for a green tick (indicating Refund Upgrade coverage) in the 'Payment Activity' section of the order.

  1. If the order is covered, click on the "Process a Refund" and then click **"request a full refund here."**The system will send an email with refund instructions to the customer.

Wait for the Refund Upgrade team to respond within 2 business days to notify the customer of the outcome or to request more information. After the team notifies the customer, there will be a refund processing time before the refund reaches their account.
