How to resend a payment confirmation or gift voucher

Ensure your customers receive their essential emails by resending payment confirmations or gift vouchers.

Sometimes, a customer might not receive their initial payment confirmation or gift voucher email, or they may simply need it resent. WeTeachMe allows you to easily resend these important communications directly from your dashboard, ensuring your customers have all the necessary details.

Instructions:

  1. Go to "Vouchers" in Management.

  2. Apply filters to find specific users.

  3. Click on the recipient info ID of the desired gift voucher order.

  4. Select "Resend Confirmation Email" for the item in "Cart Summary."

  5. Send the payment confirmation email in the "Payment Activity" section.

  6. Confirm the request by clicking "Send Email" in the popup window.
