How to cancel a class that already has bookings

Easily manage class cancellations, even with bookings, using the "Pause Class" function.

Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel a class that already has attendees. WeTeachMe's "Pause Class" function allows you to quickly and efficiently cancel a class while giving you the option to notify all registered attendees, ensuring clear communication and smooth management.

Instructions:

  1. Go to "Class List" in the Management section of your dashboard.

  2. Use the available filters (like class name and date range) to quickly narrow down your search and find the desired listing.

  3. Mouse over the desired listing and open the options menu (three vertical dots).

  4. Click "Pause Class" to open a pop-up window.

  5. To automatically notify attendees via email about the cancellation or pause, tick the "Notify Attendees" checkbox.

Pro Tip: To view detailed information about the paused/canceled class or perform further actions, such as transferring attendees to another session, simply click anywhere on the listing in the class list.
