Fund Withdrawal Policy

Understanding WeTeachMe's fund withdrawal policy helps you manage your payouts effectively. Here's a breakdown of when your withdrawal requests are processed, cut-off times, and other important details.

When withdrawal requests are processed.

All withdrawal requests are processed weekly on Fridays, end-of-day.

  • Cut-off Time: To be included in the week's withdrawal batch, requests must be submitted by Friday, 4 PM AEST.

  • Fund Arrival: Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your designated bank account.

If you require a withdrawal outside the standard weekly processing time (Friday's end-of-day), please contact support@weteachme.com. There will be a $10 admin fee for processing the request.

Note that it may take up to 1-2 business days to receive funds [3-5 days for NZ account].

IMPORTANT: For accounts created before August 22nd, 2019, that are now marked as INACTIVE, funds will be held until gift vouchers, credit notes, and other pending bookings are settled.
