How to send a payment reminder email

Need to follow up on a pending payment? Easily follow up on pending payments by sending a reminder email directly from your WeTeachMe Dashboard.

Here’s how to send a reminder email for a pending payment:

  1. Log in to your WeTeachMe account.

  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section on your Dashboard.

  3. Search for the attendee by their email or name, and then filter the results by "Pending" status to quickly locate orders with outstanding payments.

  4. Click on the attendee's Order ID to open the order details page.

  5. On the order detail page, hover over the payment activity section and click the "mail icon" to send a reminder email to the attendee.
