Seamlessly move attendees to a new class, with options to add merchandise and manage transfer charges.
Life happens, and sometimes attendees need to switch classes. WeTeachMe allows you to easily transfer an attendee from one booking to another, providing flexibility for your customers. This feature also enables you to add additional merchandise or even membership at the same time, and manage any associated transfer charges.
Follow these instructions to transfer an attendee, and add merchandise at the same time.
Instructions:

Go to "Orders" under the "Finance" section in your dashboard.

Find the order you need by using the search filters. You can search by Billing name, Billing email, or Order ID for quicker results.

Click on the Order ID number to view the order details.

On the Order detail page, locate "Cart Summary" and click the Transfer Attendee Icon.

Now, pick the new class, date, and ticket type for the transfer.

Check the box to add a membership, and add merchandise, if necessary.

Include a transfer charge, if required.

Finally, click "Transfer Attendee" when you're done.
Pro Tip:
When you're transferring an attendee who has a pending booking:

Input the amount owed under "Transfer Charge," unless they'll be paying offline during the transfer process.

Make sure to update the payment status before completing the transfer to avoid any mix-ups.
