Step-by-Step Instructions to Cancel a Linked Payment
Follow these instructions to remove a linked payment from a customer's record:

Go to "Attendees" in the Management section.

Use filters like Class, Name, Email, and Date Range to locate the attendee easily.

Find the attendee you want to edit. Mouse over their name to display the options menu (three vertical dots).

Click "Remove Linked Payment" from the options menu.

In the popup window, you can add an Internal Note if needed.

Click "Remove Linked Payment" to proceed.
Remember to use filters for efficient attendee searching and click "Remove Linked Payment" to remove the associated payment.
