Sometimes, a customer's payment might remain in a "pending" status, or you may need to cancel a payment that hasn't yet been processed. WeTeachMe allows you to easily cancel specific pending payments directly from your dashboard, ensuring your records are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow these instructions when you need to cancel a specific pending payment for a customer.

Go to the "Orders" page and use the search filters to locate the pending order.

Click on the order number or "View Order" icon to see the order details.

Scroll down to the "Payment Activity" section and find the pending payment.

Click on the "More Actions" icon and select "Cancel Payment" from the dropdown menu.

If required, specify the spot you want to cancel. Otherwise, leave a note and click on "Cancel Payment".
