Easily remove an attendee from one of your classes directly from your WeTeachMe Dashboard.
There are times when you might need to remove a student from a class—whether due to cancellation, transfer, or other reasons. WeTeachMe provides a straightforward process to cancel an attendee's spot, helping you manage your class rosters accurately.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Cancel an Attendee's Spot
Follow these simple steps to remove an attendee from one of your classes:

Go to the "Attendees" section in your Dashboard.

Search for the attendee by name or email address and press Enter.

Click the Order Number next to the attendee's name to view the order details.

Hover over the three-dotted icon opposite the attendee's name and click "More Actions".

Select "Cancel Spot" from the options provided.

A pop-up window will appear; click "Cancel Spot" again to confirm. If there's an outstanding payment, you might need to cancel that as well.

Finally, click "Save" to apply your changes.
