Apply Goods and Services Tax (GST) to specific class listings and ensure accurate invoicing.
If you only need to apply GST to certain classes rather than all your offerings, WeTeachMe allows you to activate this setting on an individual listing basis. This ensures that your ticket prices correctly reflect GST and that your customers receive compliant tax invoices.
Follow these steps to activate GST for a particular class listing:

Go to "Listings" in the Listing Management section of your dashboard.

Select the specific class you want to edit. Click on "Edit Listing" (pencil icon) to open its details.

In the Listing Info tab, scroll down to "Advanced Settings" and click the pencil icon.

From the options provided, enable "Activate GST" by ticking the corresponding box.

Click "Save" to apply this change to the listing.
Once enabled, your invoices generated for bookings on this listing will automatically display the GST amount as part of the ticket price.
When you are creating or updating tickets for this listing, always indicate the GST-inclusive amount. WeTeachMe will then automatically calculate and display the GST component separately on invoices and receipts.
