How to attach files to reminder emails

Our reminder emails automatically include any extra information you've added to your booking confirmation email. If you've already uploaded your attachments there, you can skip to Step 6—no need to repeat yourself!

Instructions:

  1. Go to “Listings” under Listing Management, and use filters to narrow down the listings you want to view.

  2. Click on the title of the class you'd like to edit.

  3. In the "Listing Info" view, open "Advanced Settings" to access more options.

  4. Enable the option to customize registration instructions and the booking confirmation email, then click "Configure."

  5. Scroll down to Item 4 and click “Upload PDF” to attach your file(s). You can upload up to 3 PDFs, with a maximum file size of 2MB each.

  6. Enable the option to customize class reminders.

  7. If desired, enable the option to include extra information from the booking confirmation email in the reminder email.

  8. Click “Done” to save your changes.
