How to add or edit registration instructions and confirmation emails on your listing

This feature is best used for:

  • Reminding attendees about essential materials or prerequisites before the class begins to enhance their learning experience.

  • Managing dietary restrictions for cooking classes.

  • Sharing important information with students before they finalize their booking, setting clear expectations.

Follow these steps to set up custom registration instructions and booking confirmation email content for your listing:

  1. Create your listing as usual.

  2. Go to the "Advanced Settings" section within the "Listing Info" tab.

  3. Enable the option to customize registration instructions and the booking confirmation email.

  4. Click "Configure" to access the text box for instructions. Enter the desired details and click "Done".

  5. Finally, "Save" your overall listing changes.

To edit your registration instructions:

  1. Go to your listing and open the "Listing Info" tab.

  2. Scroll to "Advanced Settings" and click "Configure" next to the registration instructions text box.

  3. Make your changes, then click "Save" when you're done.
