How to create a menu structure for your mini-booking site using custom tags

Make it easier for your customers to navigate your mini booking site and find the classes you're wanting to showcase.

The mini booking site allows you to direct your customers to book at a lower fee rate. You can link it to your social channels, website, or blog. (https://yourbusinessname.weteachme.com/ )

Instructions:

1. Login to your WeTeachMe Dashboard.

2. Under Settings, click Company Settings.

3. Go to Booking Site Display Settings and click the edit icon.

4. Create a menu structure for the mini booking site.

5. The system tags (In-person, Livestream, On-demand) will be automatically included based on your listings.

   

6. You can use custom tags (up to 5) for menu options like Category, Location, Teachers, etc.

   

   

7. Make sure to enable Custom Tags in Add-ons and assign them to your listings if you haven't done so already.

8. Save your settings and check your mini booking site or embedded widgets.

Note: Embedded booking widgets with tagged integration won't display the menu structure.
