Reviews are a powerful tool for building trust, driving bookings, and boosting your SEO. We've seamlessly integrated the review process into your workflow to help you gather valuable feedback and showcase your brand.
Here's how attendees are prompted to leave reviews and what options they have:

Attendees receive reminder emails to submit a review about two hours and 24 hours after the class ends. The review link has no expiration.

Attendees can rate the class up to five stars, and they have the option to submit a public review, private feedback, or both.

Vendors receive email notifications for private feedback only, not for public reviews.

Attendees can only review a listing once, even if they attend it multiple times.

For classes with multiple sessions or terms, attendees can submit their review at the end of the term.

Review reminders are automated and cannot be manually triggered, but you can send a group email as a reminder.
Customers can unsubscribe from review emails after leaving a review by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link, but will still receive review requests for other classes they booked.
