How to reply to a review

Engage with your customers and enhance your brand's reputation by responding to reviews.

Responding to customer reviews, especially public ones, is an excellent way to show appreciation, address feedback, and demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction. WeTeachMe provides a straightforward method to reply to reviews directly from your dashboard.

Instructions:

  1. Go to "Reviews" in the Management section of your Dashboard and use filters to sort by class name, attendee name, rating, or date range.

  2. Find the review you want to reply to and click the "Send" icon at the end of the row.

  3. Use the provided fields to compose your reply to the public review.

  4. Click "Send" to submit your reply.

Note:

  • Please note that you can only respond to a review once.

  • A small green icon will appear on the review details page once you have successfully replied, indicating that your response has been posted.
