Allow your attendees to opt into your mailing list during booking, and seamlessly sync their information to platforms like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor using a Zapier webhook.
Before you begin: You will need a Zapier account. Sign up for a free Zapier account at https://zapier.com/.
Instructions:

Click the "Make a Zap" button on https://zapier.com/apps/integrations.

Choose "Webhooks" as the trigger app, select the "Catch Hook" option, and save.

Copy the URL that appears on the "Set up Webhooks by Zapier" page and log in to your WeTeachMe dashboard.

Go to "Company Settings," open "Webhook," and paste the URL to the attendee webhook field.

Tick the checkbox and don't save yet.

Return to Zapier, click "OK, I did this," and go back to the WeTeachMe dashboard to save.

Confirm test success on Zapier and click "View your hook" to see the attendee information.

Choose the action within Zapier, such as adding/updating a subscriber in MailChimp.

Set up the template and choose which fields to fill in, like the attendee's email for the "Subscriber Email" field.

Test if desired, then name and turn on your Zap.
