Prerequisites - Ensure you have an admin level account on a Pro/Business/Enterprise level Zoom account. - Make sure you have access to or ownership of the account that installed Zoom. Removing Zoom 1. Sign into Zoom: https://marketplace.zoom.us . 2. Select Manage located at the top right hand corner (Fig. 1). Figure 1 3. On the left hand column, select Installed Apps and next to the Panopto icon, select Uninstall (Fig. 2). Figure 2 4. A dialogue box will appear. You may leave the Grant App developer consent to retain data box checked. (Fig. 3). Figure 3 5. The Zoom integration will now be uninstalled.

Choose "Webhooks" as the trigger app, select the "Catch Hook" option, and save. 3. Copy the URL that appears on the "Set up Webhooks by Zapier" page and log in to your WeTeachMe dashboard. 4. Go to "Company Settings," open "Webhook," and paste the URL to the attendee webhook field. 5. Tick the checkbox and don't save yet. 6. Return to Zapier, click "OK, I did this," and go back to the WeTeachMe dashboard to save. 7. Confirm test success on Zapier and click "View your hook" to see the attendee information. 8. Choose the action within Zapier, such as adding/updating a subscriber in MailChimp. 9. Set up the template and choose which fields to fill in, like the attendee's email for the "Subscriber Email" field. 10. Test if desired, then name and turn on your Zap.

If you run classes across multiple locations or manage different types of listings using tags, WeTeachMe allows you to granularly control what data your team leaders or staff can access in reports. If you’ve already added team members to your WeTeachMe account, you can skip ahead and edit their individual access settings in Step 4. Instructions: 1. Go to "Add-Ons" under Settings and ensure that Multiple Users is enabled. 2. Navigate to "Users" in Settings and click "Add User" at the top of the page. 3. Complete the form with the user's details: First name, Last name, Email. 4. Location: Start typing a suburb and select the appropriate suggestion from the list. 5. Password: Leave it blank to generate a system-generated password. 6. Permissions: Tick the features you'd like the user to have access to. You can also update these later. 7. Tags: Enter a tag and select it from the dropdown. To remove a tag, click the "X" or reselect it in the dropdown. 8. Send notification: Select "Yes" to email the user about their addition to your WeTeachMe account. 9. Save your changes.
