Narrow down your bookable period and sell out your closest dates faster.
Presenting too many options can sometimes overwhelm potential attendees, leading to indecision or even cancellations. By strategically limiting the number of class dates displayed on your listing, you can focus attention on your closest available dates, encourage quicker bookings, and streamline the customer's decision-making process.
Follow these instructions to control how many class dates are visible on your listing:
-
Log in to your WeTeachMe Dashboard.
-
Go to Listings and select the specific listing you want to edit.
-
Navigate to the Listing Info tab.
-
Locate the item "Number of class dates displayed for booking."
-
Enter your preferred number of dates. Based on our experience, 10 dates is the recommended sweet spot for optimal results.
-
Save your changes to update the listing.
Important:
Set your "Stop Accepting Bookings" function to 1 day before the class starts. When a class date expires, the next available upcoming date will automatically replace it in the displayed list. For example, if you have 5 dates displayed and the earliest one expires, the next upcoming date in your schedule will automatically fill that slot.
