Offering private bookings is a great way to earn extra revenue. You can cater to corporate events, hens parties, birthdays, or one-on-one sessions for both your in-person and online classes.
Here's how to enable private bookings on an existing listing:
Step 1: Enable Private Bookings in Your Add-ons

Log in to your dashboard and go to the Add-on section.

Find Private Bookings and click to enable it.

Check both boxes (terms and conditions) on your screen, as they are required to proceed.

Save your changes.
Step 2: Configure Private Bookings on Your Listing

Open the specific class listing where you want to enable private bookings.

Go to Advanced Settings and navigate to the Enable Private Booking section.

Toggle the Configure button to enable it.

Set your private booking preferences, including:

Group size: Specify the minimum and maximum number of guests.

Duration: Enter the number of minutes for the private session.

Pricing: Create price tiers for different group sizes.

Availability: Set the days and times you are available for private bookings.

Booking start date: Choose the booking start date to allow ample preparation time for class materials.

Response time: Set how long you have to respond to inquiries before they expire.

Notifications: Enter your email address and mobile number to receive instant notifications for new requests.

Click Save to apply the changes to your listing.
Once enabled, a private booking option will always be accessible on your class page, ensuring you never miss a sale opportunity.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:

You will receive immediate email and SMS notifications when a customer submits a private booking request.

Once you accept a request, the customer has a 24-hour window to cancel the booking. If they do not cancel, their card will be charged.

After payment is confirmed, you will be able to see the order details in your dashboard.
