The Learning Circle is WeTeachMe’s official rewards program designed to give back to our community. By joining, you earn Points on your bookings which can be redeemed for discounts on future classes. It’s our way of saying thank you for learning with us!
How do I earn Points?
Earning points is simple. For every $1 AUD you spend on classes, you generally earn 0.2 Points.
10 Points = $1 AUD in value.

How do I redeem my Points?
Before booking your class: go to your account reward section to convert points to a coupon.
When you’re ready to book your next class:

Go to checkout.

Apply the coupon before you place your order.
Important things to note:

Minimum redemption: 50 Points ($5).

Points can only be redeemed on bookings made directly via weteachme.com.

Non-Transferability of Rewards:
All coupons and rewards generated through The Learning Circle are strictly non-transferable. They are linked solely to the email address of the member who redeemed them and cannot be gifted, sold, transferred, or used by any other account holder.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do my points appear?
Points initially show as “Pending”. They will change to “active” (available for use) 7 days after the class is completed. This accounts for any cancellations or changes.
Do I earn points when using a Gift Card?
Yes! While you don’t earn points for buying a gift card, the person who uses the gift card to book a class will earn points on the full value of that booking.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 24 months of inactivity. As long as you earn or redeem points at least once every 2 years, your balance is safe. We’ll notify you 30 days before any expiration.
Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?
There is no cap on earning points from your own bookings! Referrals are capped at 10 per month.

1. The Learning Circle

The Learning Circle is WeTeachMe’s official rewards program. It is free and open to all registered users of WeTeachMe.

Participation in the program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Earning Points

Points are earned on the subtotal of eligible bookings (excluding taxes, booking fees, and other surcharges).

Points are not earned on the purchase of WeTeachMe Gift Cards and Gift Voucher (money-equivalent).

Points are earned when a user purchases a specific Course Voucher or redeems a Gift Card to pay for an eligible booking.

Points are initially marked as “Pending” and are awarded as “Active” 7 days after the successful completion of a class.

Cancelled or refunded bookings do not earn points.
3. Redemption

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points and any coupons generated from the redemption of Points are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Coupons are electronically linked to the Member’s registered email address and can only be applied to bookings made by that specific account.

Points are non-transferable, except when using the specific “Gift a Class” feature at checkout.

The minimum redemption amount is 50 Points ($5.00).

Points must be converted into a coupon in the user’s account rewards section before they can be applied at checkout.

Points and resulting coupons can only be used on orders placed directly on weteachme.com.
4. Expiry

Points will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

“Activity” is defined as earning or redeeming at least 1 point.

Members will be notified via email 30 days prior to any point expiration.
5. Program Changes
- WeTeachMe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Learning Circle program, including earn rates and reward values, at any time with reasonable notice.
